We ship our trees to arrive in 2-3 days.
J.L Bonsai does everything possible to assure that your tree arrives quickly and in healthy condition. Therefore, we ship all trees to arrive in no more than 2-3 days. To prevent trees from being held by the carrier (we do not ship to PO boxes ) over the long weekends, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so that all orders arrive before the end of the week. Orders received on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
International Shipments
We do not ship Internationally (including Canada and Mexico)
Surcharge
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and United States Virgin Islands add $15.00 surcharge.
Please note there is a $7.95 minimum shipping fee for most accessory items, however, for most accessories, the shipping is free with a tree order.
Cold Weather Shipping
We may delay the shipment of your tender tropical tree order until the weather warms up enough to avoid frost damage during transit. Should that be necessary we will contact you at that time.
Christmas Shipping
During the 2 week period prior to Christmas UPS suspends their on time delivery guaranty, therefore J.L Bonsai cannot guaranty that our shipments will arrive within the 2-3 day time frame offered on our website.
