At J.L Bonsai we do everything possible to ensure your order gets processed in a timely manner, in most cases your order will be processed and ready to ship with in 24 hours of the day that you order.

For security reasons we only ship to the billing address of the credit card.

Please allow up to one week for your order to be processed.
